the quality of the screen was excellent, as someone who has messed up many times trying to burn screens at home i wish i would’ve just came to them from the beginning!! they make the process so easy and they will messege you if they have any questions on your order to make sure you get exactly what you want. im so happy with theyre service and i will be purchasing again very soon!

Actual people are there to help - solid screens as well
Screen is solid, and arrived pretty quick. However, what actually prompted me to write this review was the fact that I had a slight issue in the printing process, so I reached out to them, not really expecting an answer - which is typically the case with sellers on Amazon.But shockingly, an actual human got right back to me and they were incredibly helpful. Resolved things fast and without a bunch of back and forth. It seems like a company with actual good people working there, so I would recommend rolling the dice on them.

Sizing problem
I’m just confused on why I order the two different size frames one was 10 by 12 inches and the other one was 12 by 14 inches and there both the same size smh

Original product was unusable due to manufacturing error. Customer support reached out promptly and offered to replace item. Second attempt came...Sub par quality. Working with customer support again. We'll see what happens.Purple was the first one.Blue was the second one.Third time was the charm. Customer service was great, but it was just unfortunate that it took so long to get a working product.

Had an issue with one of my screens that was taken care of immediately even tho it was my fault. Excellent customer service, excellent product. Will definitely be letting them burn all of my screens moving forward
