I am 5’3” and weigh 119 pounds currently right after my 4th baby. This tummy wrap is Perfect size for me. Very easy to put on and I can’t wait to see the tummy reshaped to its normal size! Also, this wrap stays in place really well, it won’t slip, which is exactly what I need. I will recommend this product to my fiends.

I've been using this 3 to 4 days a week for a month. It's slowly but surely tapering my waist. It sucks you in enough, but it's comfortable and breathable enough that I often forget that I'm wearing it. A great purchase!

I’m 5’4 160 pounds and I got a medium based on other reviews. I wish I didn’t. It technically fits fine but day one I was already on the last hook to feel tight enough. That’s just me though. Overall though this is a great waist trainer for the money with surprisingly good quality, and very comfortable to wear all day.

Ordered x-small. It isn't tight at all, which is not what I want, I wanted it to be snug. Its comfortable though, just not what I wanted/needed to workout in. It would be good to smooth things out under clothes, but not helpful when exercising. I feel like it runs big. Was hoping for a much tighter fit. I was able to hook it on the smallest hooks right away.

This does look small when it arrives and it was probably the reason I did not try using it until 3 months later, but it does form fit and it is not constricting. It does take getting used to, but after you initially try it the corset does somewhat stretch to fit without cutting off air.
