Not worth the time and money. You have to turn paper into hat.

Not so good if you have a party with young and old children. As 1 the children end up just choowing on elastic (could of used ribbon cheeper and better looking) they also could of added more glue dots for the to but All in all there no flimsy and they are very self exsplanitrey
