I am so happy to have found this kit. I have been suffering from sinus symptoms for about a year and I suspected that mold might be the cause. This kit was my first attempt at getting answers. I didn't have a lot of money to spend so I figured I would give this a try. I can't even explain how pleased I am with this kit and most importantly the company. The kit came with clear instructions on how to perform the test. It has a brochure outlining the most common types of household mold and example photos of each . I wanted to make sure that I was identifying the correct type of mold so I emailed the company and sent them photos of my results. Within 12 hours I had an email back with a very detailed report of the findings. The amount of support this company provided was exceptional. Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic!!! Very easy to use and incredible customer service. The tests came back with mold but were hard for me to identify exactly what kind of mold it was. On a late Saturday night I sent an email with pictures to the company (in email provided in manual) and incredibly received a very detailed report of what molds they were in less than an hour. I have literally never had better customer service. Didn’t really expect a response back let alone in less than an hour on a Saturday night. If you are concerned about mold in your house like we were, this is a great investment for you and your families home and health. We now have an action plan to address the mold identified. I was very pleased with this product. It was reasonably priced, easy to use, and the results are easy to understand. Also included with the product is the ability to send the photos of the petri dishes to an email that is included with the kit. I was amazed at how fast I received a report in less than 24 hours from the lab that confirmed and further explained the photos that I sent to them. This is a really good product. I am glad that I use these. And will use this again after treatment to verify that the air quality in the home is safe. 👍🏽

There were so many do it yourself, mold test that I had to select from I finally settled on this product and was completely amazed at how easy it was and the Customer Service. Although it took a few extra days from my mold to grow in my petri dishes, I read the instructions and it said to email them pictures and they would identify the molds that were found. I literally received the response back in 24 hours with a description and definitions of each mold. I highly recommend this product. It’s an excellent buy for doing it yourself and learning more About what you have in your air. It did mention to leave the dishes for three days. I ended up leaving them a bit longer. I think it was more for seven days.. I shared pictures see attached.

The instructions were precise, simple, and easy to execute.The kit was able to confirm there are multiple strains of mold in the room.I was dubious of these home tests, but now I know - they work.The company itself was amazing, following up with an analysis of the photos I sent. While they don’t guarantee 100% accuracy, they did a great job identifying the strains.For such an inexpensive test, it was incredibly useful.

The quality of this kit and the customer service received is superior! I was relieved that the description was accurate and that the directions were easy to follow and execute. The reference book provided is also very thorough so that you can identify mold types with confidence. And, to take things to the next level, the company provides a email address that you can use to ask questions and confirm what you have identified (or cannot identify). We got this because we just moved into a new home and seem to be getting sick. It worked but we got a mold testing company to come out and they did not find any mold. Mixed emotions but i can say its very easy to use
