I just started taking these pills a couple of days ago. And before I would eat as it stated on the bottle. Helps with the digestion of my food. I have not felt bloated. It takes the food and instead of storing it to fat. It feels as though I have energy after eating. I don't feel sluggish after eating like I normally would. There is an odd taste to the pill which will go away once you have taken it.

These enzymes are very good and efficient; it helped it to maintain my weight stable ,I lost 40 lbs within an yea; however, I have stopped exercise for almost 1 year because of my bad back.The enzymes work good, but is not a miracle; you have to do your part by eating healthy, drinking plenty of water (I add lime to it and drink cold, it makes easier to keep hydrated. Keep up the good work and these emzymes will help you. You can also add the proabiotics to maintain your guts healthy. Our intestine ir our 2° brain; take care of it.

Seems to do a great job aiding in digestion. I have been more regular since taking these. The only downside for me is the smell /taste of the capsules, which can’t seem to be avoided even when trying to gulp them down as quickly as possible.

I wanted a Vegan product this is only suitable for Dairy consuming vegetarians.

I have ibs d and needed a good digestive enzyme to help me digest my meals without having to get sick every time i eat something. I have tried several different brands but this is by far my favorite. I can eat food like a normal person and i dont have to worry about how im going to feel afterwards.
