I have one message for these folks "Hey, 2010 called, they want their design back!"
It is a quality build, it has at least that going for it. However, the design is atrocious. I have several iPhones and Androids ranging from Motorola to Samsung and it's clear that this device is not designed for a multi-lens phone. You can't get it to fit properly.What's more, the design grips block or depress the buttons on the side of many of the phones I use which means I have to mess around with the placement each time I change from photo to closeup.I have one message for these folks "Hey, 2010 called, they want their design back!"

Almost perfect
If the 37 mm threads were closer to the edge or even with it, you could more easily attach filters or other accessories that are impeded otherwise. I was able to find one with deep enough threads to allow attachment but others just wouldn’t screw in. Too bad, this would have been a great solution. Pricewise a better deal than the ones without the light but maybe those wouldn’t have this inconvenience.

Excellent product
Well made, all kinds of quality add-on lenses can be used with it, lighting is strong and easily adjusted. Helps enormously with smartphone macro photography. Don't know how I got along without it. Excellent purchase.

Terrible quality, today I wanted to use it and when I tried to slide it to accommodate it in the camera it broke.

It is adjustable in size
It’s okay for a budget iphone photographer. It can be a good replacement for expensive and bulky metal adapters, and the small and lightweight shape is a great design.

Perfect for cell phone camera lenses
I'm a photographer who loves taking close-up shots of insects, thus purchasing a lot of small macro lenses for use on my cell phone, and this 17mm threaded lens adapter, adapts perfectly to my cell phone and lens.

Hard to use
Very hard to use, it mounts on your phone from left to right, but it sits right on the buttons on side of your phone, if you put any pressure on it, it pushes the buttons an interferes w what your doing, and trying to get a telephoto lens lined up right is a Pain in the Ass! Poor design
