Every part of it is great!
I was looking for such a thing - phone holder that actually could be gripped and that bends and stands high - 3 VERY important points for me and I found this one. The assembly was very easy and oh, the quality, I love it! My phone fits great and I am sure it won`t fall out even if I accidentally hit it and the wire is stiff enough to hold the shape and hold my phone high without bending. Great thing!I see so many uses to it. You can videochat for as long as you want and your hands won`t get tired, that was a problem for me for so long :'( and you can watch some master class and repeat at the same time without your neck crooked or something. Oh god, I just love this thing, makes my life so much easier!

Broke quick - not a feasible warranty!!!!
I know there were some mixed reviews on this, but figured I was gentle enough on what I’d be using it for, and it has a warranty for twelve months that I was safe even if it did break.Well, sadly this broke on I think the fourth use. I connected it to a ledge, then it is extended out and my phone in the holder to record. I twisted the head for the right angle and it snapped off in my hand!Turns out the warranty you HAVE to send it back to get a new one…which to China as required would be almost twenty four dollars. Yeah-no.Of course the break happened just after the return window closed. Amazon made it right for me, but save yourself the hassle and get a different one.

Not flexible where it need to be, loose where it shouldn’t be
The arm isn’t as flexible as I thought it would be to make it usable. And the top never secured 100% to keep your phone at one angle. iPhone 7+ and Samsung Galaxy s6 both weighed it down to where I’m still trying to find a use for it.

Great product. I love this and am using it to hold my iPad a bed time so I can read or watch to without arm ache. The iPad is easily inserted and remove from the bracket, and the gooseneck stays put once it's been put in position. so far it looks good
