Super magnet in great case
I carry this in my boat to try to bring up shiny things I see on the river bottom. It works well and if it won’t pull it up, it’s buried too deep anyway. It’s a strong strong sucker.It also has a GREAT case. A case you say? Yes. A case. Try tossing one of these in your boat storage box and everything metal will be attached to it when you get home and you be picking tiny magnetic things of it for days. The case is very very important and this is an all in one kit. No regrets here.

This thing can't pick up a tuna can. Can't return
I don't know what was sent to me but I can tell you this doesn't pick up much. Purchased this as the first rig. Played around with metal objects and it didn't have much pull at all. The case is nice, for this price it should have come with gloves, and lock tight.When I went to return it says for safety reason it can't be returned.

Makes a great gift, i love the case
This was a birthday gift for my dad, who has been watching youtube vids on magnet fishing. I thought he'd enjoy trying it. Looks like it would work well. He's taking my son out soon to try it! I love the case.
