Purchase this item if you’re okay with losing it your second time wearing it. I noticed a flaw in the chain upon arrival and decided to wear it empty just to test and make sure it’s sturdy. This was the SECOND time wearing it and there was no tugging on it, pulling, etc. I literally woke up, put it on and walked into the living room when I heard a crack and saw the necklace on the floor. It didn’t even snap from where it had a flaw, but gave way from the tiny fragile loop they chose (cost effectively, I assume) that is meant to support the weight of the entire necklace in addition to a possible sudden downward force, if necessary.Note to seller: If you’re going to manufacture a product for people to wear in memory of their loved ones (and price it at $20) at least have the respect to manufacture it properly. If you’re unable to do that, at least inspect them to ensure that priceless ashes aren’t wasted to improve your margins. This is saddening. I don’t want a return, or a replacement. You can keep my $18, but don’t expect continued support until you can manufacture a decent product. Ashes are meant to be scattered or stored/treasured, not thrown to the ground for others to walk on in the street.. Have some respect for your customers and their departed.Best of luck.

The heart is beautiful, but I don't like the chain. I didn't realize it was going to be different than what's pictured. The description did say snake chain. Not understanding why what's pictured is not what you really get. That's shady. :(

I had ordered one and another pendant it ca me in 2 daysI ordered another for my best friends mom ! My best friends brother passed away we wanted to give her this for mothers day ! Beautiful color. I was not thinking clearly and should have ordered a diamond color one for month of April when baby died not when he was due. Oops :(I even paid for extra fast shipping which it showed up on time. We went from baby shower to prayer and encourage night. The Box is classy in a pretty felt material not in a cheap box. Very nice. Thank you for such a meaningful gift to be able to give.

I ordered this along with the fish hook. Filled this one as well. Chain broke the 2nd day, the front fell off and it leaks ashes as well. Again, I am not returning this with my brothers ashes inside of it. Not only is that wrong to do but it's also unsanitary and rude.

I bought this for myself for my fathers ashes. I was surprised at the tiny amount of ashes it held but I am glad I get to still have my father with me in a beautiful tribute necklace. I love it.
