I have mounted the item, but messed up electrics (my fault). Then I decided to take it off, but was not able because the thread was gone (after a single use). I had to saw it off and replace it with a new pair of screws.Be aware that the metals parts are of very poor quality. The base is also unnecessarily heavy.

Dislike this product it looks cheap and the metal edges are razor sharp the finish of the edges have clearly not been attended to, if the plastic Perspex face was replaced with glass it would be better installation is easy and looks ok from a distance

Looks good, very cost effective.
