Easy to get up and running, comfortable to wear.

Product is NOT Bluetooth V5, it is V4.2.
Product on arrival looked great and exactly as advertised, except that the version of Bluetooth is 4.2 instead of 5.0. The outer case clearly indicated 4.2, but I thought perhaps it was a mistake. I opened it and checked the manual and it confirmed 4.2. Very disappointed. Decided not to test the product.
