Must have for curious, playful cats who like cat nip
The media could not be loaded. We have a cat that's almost a year old and has a lot more play energy than our 7-8 year old. I am constantly trying to find something to occupy him. This came with three individual "sticks" and the boys immediately went crazy for it. Even the older cat was rubbing all on it. The best part of this toy, is the length. They can rub their heads on it and then it's long enough for them to get it between their back legs and kick it which is a favorite activity of out cats. They are sturdy but also flexible. If we ever lose them or something happens to the toys, will definitely buy again!

These are perfect!
1These are favorite toys of the kitties!! They have held up well through daily use. The cats use them to play tug-of-war as well as holding them in their mouth and front paws while attacking it with their back claws. I put their toys away every night and find the 3 of them scattered around the next morning so definitely one of their favorite toys. They are light enough that the kitties could play with them when they were a few weeks old but heavy enough that they can't damage them. An excellent toy for little amount of money.

Fun But SUPERVISE the Gall Fruit Until It Comes Off
I bought these for my cats to chew and bat around. They really enjoy them—great for light chewing, chasing, and even a bit of kicking. Simple and effective toys. The issue is the little gall fruit attached at the end. It’s supposed to be secure, and some reviews said it was, but mine had it off in under ten minutes. I had to pick up the pieces and toss them. It's a hard, brittle object and I wouldn't want a cat to try to eat it. I went ahead and removed the fruit entirely for safety. The rope still works brilliantly without it.Once that was removed, the sticks themselves have held up well and the cats still play with them regularly. These are great, fun sticks—light, durable, and engaging for chewing, batting, and kicking. Just be aware that for safety the gall fruit needs supervision until it comes off. Once removed, the cats are happy, and you’re at ease.Verdict: Four stars. Cats love them, but be prepared to remove the gall fruit for safety.

Great for cleaning teeth and calming cats.
We have two cats. Ages two and three years old. They both have very different play personalities. Our older cat LOVES these ropes. She will rub her face and chin all over it, wrap it around her legs and body and there is no threat of it getting wrapped around and hurting her. She loves the gall fruit "ball" at the end of the rope too and enjoys chewing on it, which is great for cleaning her teeth. When she is done playing with it, I put the rope back in the Ziplock bag provided that has a catnip satchel (do not open this, its breathable). This allows the catnip scent to infuse back into the rope after play.My other cat does play with it but is not as excited by it as the other unless we "whip" the rope around playfully for her to attack it. I will say though that the gall fruit relaxed both cats and they took a nap right where they were playing. The package comes with three ropes. All different colors. This will last quite some time, and I do not see any breakdown of the ropes.

Good quality toy
The quality is there. My cats went crazy for them the first day, but not so much after that. The toy is well made and will last a long time. The ropes are colorful and just as advertised. Read the instructions on the box. There is a catnip pouch inside the ziplock bag so you have to put the ropes back into the bag to get the smell on them again. I bought these because my male cat is a chewer. I hope it helps deter him.

Big Time Cat Entertainment
Wow! A soon as I gave these to my cats they went bananas! They chewed on it, rubbed their faces on it, and played with the little nut attachment. They seem very sturdy. I would definitely recommend these cat toys!

Great purchase for cats with different drives
My cats are going crazy over these, and they both have very different playing personalities and drives. One of them is obsessed with the gall and the other loves the catnip infusion. The length is perfect for biting them while bunny kicking. I have recommended these to my other friends with cats

cats loved it, but important safety consideration
our cats loved these so much that when we first introduced them, we had to take all of them out and toss them in different directions to keep them from fighting over them. they have a gall fruit attachment, which I'd never seen before but which were clearly the source of a lot of their enthusiasm - once we had to cut it off, they interacted with it a lot less. They're a good size for them to grab and bunny kick and bat around - just the right weight.the problem was that one of the cats was really into chewing on the dried gall fruit, which is hard and jagged - she just really chomped down on it until she cracked it apart, possibly swallowing pieces. The vet said that it was dangerous for her teeth and digestive tract if she was indeed swallowing them down.the other two cats didn't try to chew them to the same extent, just rubbed against them with a little light teething. I'd say these are great if your cat doesn't end up being like the chewer. As it is, we're letting them keep the toy with the gallfruit until our chewer makes the fruit brittle, then we cut it off and let them keep the rope.
