First product had a hum when I plugged it into the wall and turned the unit on. It came withUSA plug and converter plugs for foreign travel. Amazon replaced it. Second unit came with a 2 prong plug and all of the converter plugs. Plugged it into the USA plug, then wall, and it was quiet, and we use it daily to charge iPhones and iPads. Excited to take it on our trip!! Thank you Carl, in customer support for sending the new product, it works like a charm! I recommend it!

The appearance and quality of the inserts are all good , the design is too humanized , and the texture of the materials is of high quality . I can rest assured that I can use both products at the same time . the inserts in my home are all used by this store , which makes me feel relieved and at ease .

Item did not work. Bought to work with US items in UK. All items were well under 300W and 100-240V but nothing worked. Blue light on converter was lit but electrical items did not work except for a shaver which was only 9V and a phone charger. I thought I’d read the specs and bought an item which was a step down adaptor and would work my laptop and printer but it did not. Luckily I had a cheap small adaptor travel plug with me which works fine on all the US items in the U.K. Wish I’d bought more of those instead of wasting $30 each on these. I bought 3! Waste of time and money! Be careful.

Exceeded my expectations! I travel with my partner overseas normally twice a year. Over the years the number of devices we take has increased. It has been a pain taking more and more individual conversion plugs that sometimes don't fit. They would also get so hot that we were afraid to leave the room. Sometimes we were also in places with limited plugs.

I read carefully the power wattage specs before getting it, but unfortunately my mixer didn’t work so I had to keep using the old power font.

Do NOT buy! It fried my drill battery charger immediately. I brought it from Canada to Israel and it fried my Milwaukee battery charger as soon as I plugged it in. I also had my iPhone plugged into it and it began shocking me when I touched my phone. Bad product. It’s very unfortunate as I have moved counties and do not plan to be back to Canada for a few years.
