Have tried many of the cocktails in the book so far, all delightful. Brings one well beyond the mimosa (tho bottomless mimosa brunches can’t be turned down!). Easy to follow and make cocktails for your next gathering.

Amy's book is fantastic. It certainly makes for a great gift, but Zavatto distinguishes herself with her expert palate. If you follow her recipes carefully, you'll make a great (sparkling!) cocktail.

Gave this to my sister because she loves Prosecco.

Biggest disappointment is there are no actual photos of stunning Proseco drinks! The illustrations feel like flat soda pop when you are expecting effervescent fizz.

This is a perfect hostess gift with or without a bottle of prosecco. The cover is very pretty and the recipes are great, some super simple and some more complex.

Bought as a Christmas present for a best friend who is mad about bubbles.She absolutely loves it and has already tried out a couple of the recipes which she says are delcious.The book is well presented and looks high quality. The gold lettering gives it a luxurious look and feel.Would recommend for any cocktail or prosecco/ champagne fans.

Lovely hardback Cocktail book for Proseeco lovers. I purchased for a gift, inexpensive Christmas and Birthday gift.

I bought this just because the sparkly pink and gold cover is pretty and it will look nice in the kitchen or on a coffee table, but I was pleased to find that care and attention went into writing it and it includes some history on prosecco and a bit of information on each cocktail.

Bought this for £2 on an Amazon offer as a stocking filler and thought it might be a bit 'nothingy'...it really isn't! It's fab! Has some interesting info about prosecco, its origins etc at the front and has interesting prosecco cocktail ideas like bellinis etc. A really lovely book
