When I decided to buy a refurbished PC, I was quite skeptical about the quality. Rather than the brand of the PC, I was looking for a trusted supplier and narrowed down my search to the seller, Midlands ITR. They had answered my queries and that cleared my head to proceed with the order confidently. I ordered the i5 2nd gen, 8GB, 500GB HDD PC which is a total value for money.I mainly bought this for running Adobe Illustrator & little Photoshop works. To be honest, it works well with these software at a beginner's level. Apart from that, it caters to all my other needs like basic browsing, movies and gaming (NFS mostwanted 2005, PSX emulator, PVZ, roadrash).Sometimes I end up with BSOD which shooked me a bit, so I run some diagnostic check and try my best to keep the machine clutter free for a long life. I hope this will serve its purpose for the money I invested on it.

Purchased this purely for home office duties, word, excel, PowerPoint, no gaming, no video editing. Works fine. Proper bargain. Sure it's not new and the HDD is a bit noisy but this is more than adequate for the price. I will swap the HDD for a SSD, so no problem. If you need a PC for basic stuff you cant ho far wrong.

You get what you pay for, perfect for basic functions like Web surfing, word processing, media up to 1080p, loads of support and add ons for Windows 10.Big 1tb hdd is useful but slow, shame there's no USB 3.0 connections, transferring data all round is slow slow slowI think it looks more attractive than the dell equivalent and maybe a bit slimmerSpace to upgrade graphics, ram, connectivity to an extent, came with a new WiFi dongle.Processor is good enough for basic functionsNot good enough to use as a gaming pcGood value if you're a basic user, don't forget a monitor/cable to connect to your tv

Arrived two days before the expected delivery date.Set up was a doddle, worked straight of the box. Even came with a Wifi plug in USB.Windows 10 Pro operating system and even had Apache Open Office freeware on it which is effectively the same as Microsoft Office 2007.Well impressed, would recommend to anybody.

A cheap refurb PC with Win 10 installed, purchased for simple additional things on my network. Not fast, not quiet, once it's started up and settled down it performs fine for office needs. Can't get excited.

The product itself is excellent and great value for money. Works like new at a fraction of the cost. I initially had an issue with fan noise and the supplier replaced the PC with no quibble. Fantastic after sales service.
