A royal blue tutu top with 5 x layers of royal blue,turquoise and light blue tulle with metallic green seahorses and shells which have been heat pressed onto the quality tulle. Royal blue crochet tutu top is lined in 100% royal blue stretch cotton. The metallic green seahorses and shells are made from special vinyls pressed onto the quality soft tulle in separate layers for 3D effect. A larger metallic green seahorse is heat pressed onto the crochet tutu top. Tulle is hand tied onto a crochet top which stretches to provide a comfortable fit. Removable ribbon and tulle shoulder straps tied into a bow at the back.At the end of the ribbon and tulle straps are metallic green seahorses. This is a gorgeous dress and very full and fluffy. Dress comes with a metallic green seahorse on a glitter royal blue and turquoise bow on a blue glitter headband for ages 4 - 12 years or soft blue glitter elastic headband for ages NB - 3 years. Circumference of unstretched elastic headband for age 0-3 months is 12.5 inches. Circumference of unstretched elastic headband for ages 4-18 months is 14 inches. Circumference of unstretched elastic headband for ages 18 months to 3 years is 15.5 inches.
