I had to lower the rating down to 4.I love how the bag is balanced.Love the weight of the material and strap.But after just a couple weeks the threading is unraveling.I will try to fix it maybe.How do I contact the seller?Should I return it?2 months later the stitching seems to be staying put.Photo shows size with a ruler.What a great bag. I love this bag, I use it for my faily purse, for hiking everything. I get so many compliments on the map design. I love it, it stores a lot for every day use and is super durable and easy to clean. GREAT PRODUCT!

Love the bag style and print! I am a little disappointed in the stiffness of the fabric. Although I'm sure it is very durable, I was expecting something more flexible or pliable.
