They Work!
Really good quality product. First time I have ever used this type of thing so I made the mistake of sniffing quite hard when I first used it and my eyes were streaming with water. Don't make the same mistake as me. Haha.Yes they do contain glass, however, the covering on the glass ampoule is quite thick and the glass does not come through the cover when you crush it if you do it properly. I have seen one or two reviews on here commenting that they were cut by the glass inside... All I can assume if that they have crushed it with both thumbs and perhaps folded it in a snapping motion. Perhaps this has caused the broken glass to them pierce through the cover. However, it quite simply states on the cover with a small dot in the centre “press here”. Once you do that the paper will start to turn red which which indicates that the ammonia is released. I have used a few now and cannot see how anybody would be easily cut by these because when you press the ampoule, the glass crumbles into what feels like glass granules.Please don't be put off by those reviews as I nearly was and it also made me very weary that I was going to cut myself on first use.Try them, they definitely work and they're not that expensive really.

Mind-blowing focus!
Having tried a number of bottled salts and growing frustrated at them leaking or losing potency too quickly I decided to try these capsules instead. They are undoubtedly the strongest salts I've tried so far! Simple to use, just crush or snap one in half, take a deep inhale and then attack the weights with focused ferocity.I'm not sure if this my personal reaction to ammonia or if I'm just straining too hard during PB attempts, but I often get blotchy skin around my eyes afterwards (with all salts, not just these). Use with caution because these ones are especially potent.

Great product! 5 stars!! I started using these ampules and they really helped with my performance in the gym on those really heavy lifts. They get me hyped up and keep me focused. I had more energy and strength during my workouts than I ever had before. Easy to use. Great product. Great results.

They definitely work
Bought these and knew exactly what i was getting. Better yet it came and when used, acted exactly like i wanted it to. So i dont have any negatives about the box/the product itself.The ammonia is strong, the disposable packets are smart and overall its worth buying.

Decent stuff
Arrived next day, comes in a small bottle the size of say liquid chalk. Once you crack the ampules they then red. Ammonia from the ampules will last maybe 2 minutes. Obviously they don't last as long as a bottle of ammonia but for the convenience of not having your gym bag smell of cat piss they are awesome. Will defiantly buy more when I run low.

Amazing
Amazing product. Used this product and got my pr in deadlift ! Lasts much longer than the 2 minutes than advertised. My PT said it was better than products he has used in his professional competitions

Great for waking up in the morning!
Use these when it is tough to get out of bed. This is coffee X 100!! Great product, I would definitely recommend it.
