Very well made product!
This product is very sturdy - much heavier than I expected! The four star rating is for two reasons - it did not come with the additional directions to assemble. It was only after struggling for about 30 minutes that I called the company to find this out. However, the customer service was outstanding and they emailed the instructions to me immediately. My only other complaint is that it doesnt hold as much wood as I had hoped it would. (But that is not really an issue with the product itself - only its size.) Overall a great purchase!

Good quality materials
Good quality materials and easy to put together. The bolts and nuts bag had broken open in shipping and a couple of washers had fallen out in transit. I happened to have replacements so no problem but it could’ve been worse. The bag needs to be sturdier.
