Doesn’t stay on! Customer service lies!!!
The media could not be loaded. 12/2/24 UpdateCustomer service reached out to me to offer a refund on 3 of the defective units and I agreed. I have not received my refund nor have I heard back from customer service. I have sent an email asking for an update but have not received an answer. It's been over a month with no response. Very frustrated!Original-We bought 4 units and all 4 units start steaming then will shut off 1-3 mins in. Then will only run a few seconds after pushing the power button again. We're using distilled water and only filling to above the min level. I have checked for any deposits on the heating element, which there were none. Very disappointed and frustrated with this product.

There is no ending beep!!!
I have ordered various facial steamers over the years and so far I am really happy with this one. I love the aromatherapy option. Its definitely a higher quality steamer then others that cost more. The most incredible feature is that when the time or water runs out it just comes to an end, no beep. Ahhh yes the way a steamer should end…..peacefully
