Simply awful
I bought two bags of this bark many months ago and not only it was expensive but I found that it is really bad for your orchids. This bark, although looking good outwardly, is so hard and calloused that it soaks no water at all! It is like plastic chips and my orchids have been dying slowly of thirst in it no matter that I am soaking the whole pot in water. It has also caused root rot for some reason... Regret this expensive mistake many times! In the end, to avoid my orchids totally drying up and perishing, I had to buy new bark and report all my orchid collection!
