Good variety of activities in this book. Most are simply entertaining and fun but a few are thought provoking. There are one or two activities that involve sharing your work with others (only by choice and anonymously of course!). I'm having so much fun I bought a new pack of markers to throw in my bag along with the book. It's nice to have the option to break them out vs staring into my phone.

Contains activities, self care, pages and pages of distractions & thoughtful parts too, Would highly recommend! The cartoon style & humour is perfect for the subject. Was bought for a 19 year old but would be suitable for a younger teen or a much older person. I liked this so much I shall be ordering my own copy!

Such an amazing book from such a talented artist! I love her comic work and this book is brilliant and fun I can’t wait to do the activities!

Perfect little activity book for an introvert, a must have

It says on the item description perfect for introverts at any age. Not true. I bought this for my 31 year old husband, and I was so embarrassed to give it to him, I’ve returned it. Definitely doesn’t seem geared towards males, more girls in their early teens and that’s pushing it a bit.

I bought this for my introvert boyfriend and he LOVES it! Please get this for the introvert in your life they will appreciate the heck out of it! :D

Just discovered I am an introvert. And this book is so freaking cute! I love the little tasks and activities. A few of them are not quite for me but almost all of them look like fun and right up my alley. Would recommend this for other introverts :) thank you Marzi! Love it.

J'avais hésité à le commander, ne sachant pas à quoi m'attendre... et bien je ne regrette pas mon achat. Il y a des jeux comme un labyrinthe, des mots mêlés ou des mots aux lettres mélangées, mais aussi des activités plus personnelles comme colorier ce qu'on préfère, cocher ce qui nous effraie, et il y a beaucoup de "libre expression", par exemple nos moyens de "recharger les batteries" ou dessiner sa maison de rêve, etc... Ca laisse une grande part à l'imagination.

Para adultos no es muy interesante. Pero para adolescentes o jóvenes puede ser adecuado. Los comics que publica la autora son graciosos.

I really like this book, is very different from other interactive books. But I had one problem with mine, the cover was cut. I think someone used a utility knife and cut the cover.
