3rd time purchasing-As a naturally slim girl who doesn’t have time to eat consistently this is my go to snack. I’ve tried whey protein in the past but as others have stated, it’s not the best for digestion and for lactose intolerant folks. There are also studies on whey protein affecting acne which I’ve definitely noticed!As for the recipe-I’ve tried the vegan vanilla and vegan chocolate. Chocolate tastes good, but I prefer the vanilla so you can mix it with cold brew for a coffee breakfast shake. I mix 2 scoops(1/2 of the serving on the label), 1 cup of almond milk and cinnamon into the Promix insulated shaker cup! Highly highly reccomend it, it doesn’t have a shaker ball it mixes with the cap. Also it keeps my shake cold. Shake for about 2 minutes and it’s clump free. I do this on my morning commute and drink it on the drive.I haven’t used it consistently to calculate just how much it’s contributed to gaining weight, but any increase in calories is a progress and a plus for me!

I need this for weight gain and I am getting what I need. I make a Perfect cocktail with different fruits or berries mixing with almond milkIt is dairy free, gluten free protein

Loved the chocolate peanut butter flavor, and the all natural ingredients makes it easy on the stomach..It's not at all heavy and sludge like, compared to a lot of other brands..I will be ordering more!

So the pros are that with milk, this tastes quite pleasant.. it is also HIGH calorie and I am already seeing weight gain and muscle increase.Now for the cons: it is clumpy as hell; no mater how much you shake it in a shaker bottle, stirring, etc. it doesnt fully get dissolved. It also piles up at the bottom of your bottle if you dont continue to shake it over and over. If it had not been for this, it would have been 5 stars from me. I will be purchasing again though.

i don't love the price, it becomes expensive overtime. i work out a lot and gained 20+ pounds while using this for a few months. it doesn't cause any stomach issues like other products I've used because whey, doesn't work well with me. i drink about 64 oz a day and drink the naked mass with a meal. i wouldn't suggest drinking on an empty stomach, as a meal itself, because when I did it made my feel a little sick but nothing happened. I just find it better eating a whole meal and adding the shake on top. I don't mind the taste, but its very sweet with all 4 scoops, but if you don't like that try making it into a smoothie to help, or drink 2 scoops mixed with water in the AM and 2 scoops in the PM.

I bought this product with high hopes. This product had very good reviews, and I have purchased other products in the past from Naked Nutrition. Unfortunately this product made my adult son ill with nausea , upset stomach and diarrhea. I’m unsure what the reason is but I did notice that one of the main ingredients is maltodextrin After doing some research , malto dextrin can cause side effects of nausea , upset stomach , and diarrhea especially at certain levels. I was unable to determine the level of maltodextrin in this product as the label on the container does not indicate the specific amount of maltodextrin . I reached out to Amazon customer service with my concerns and Amazon was able to refund me despite this product being labeled as non returnable . I also contacted Naked Nutrition a company based out of Miami Florida to apprise them of my issues with this product .I was hoping that the company would have been interested in my concerns about this product . I asked Naked Nutrition if they would like me to provide them with the manufacturing codes off the container . With these codes the product can be traced back to the exact factory . This can be important information in the event other customers have similar issues and there is a potential contamination at the factory . The rep that I was dealing with ( via email) stated she was sorry for my inconvenience but there were no issues with this product . I requested that she may want to make note of my issue with the product for the record . My overall impression was that this representative or perhaps the company itself was simply being dismissive of my complaints. The company did not offer to refund , or offer me another product from their Naked Nutrition product line .. Amazon however was willing to assist me with a refund .Overall , I was pleased with Amazon’s customer service but highly disappointed with Naked Nutrition. I won’t be buying from this product line again .

Very weary of vegan powders but I’m a forever customer now! Dissolves nicely in warm water. Very neutral flavor

Mixes well. like that it only has 3 ingredients.
