This is great! The pill slot is adjustable with the wheel on the side. Put your pills in, tighten the sides, close the device and push down with a little force and a bunch of pills are cut at once. I bought this to cut little pills for my little dog, and once I opened it they were all done in a matter of minutes. Definitely a keeper!

When my doctor told me he wanted to decrease the dosage amount on my medication he told me to simply cut the remaining pills I already have in half with a pill cutter. I ordered this and it works great. This item will cut multiple pills in half, not break them apart into millions of pieces. Just put your pills in the center, line them up, push down with some gentle force, and you've doubled the amount of pills with no added costs. It's a literally lifesaver as cutting my pills in half had the desired effect my doctor had hoped. Get this ASAP. Oh, there's like a mini storage area in the front you can keep extra pills in until you're ready to take them. I put all my pills in a daily pill box so any extra half pills go in that storage area until I'm ready to place them in my pill box. Really handy and safe to use.

This is an amazing product. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. The blade in covered so it’s really safe. And the pill Catcher in front of the cutter is amazing. Saves me a lot of time and energy cutting my pills in half.

Can cut about 5 small pills at once, which is really nice. Larger pills will NOT fit in between the rubber holders. If you need to cut larger pills, you have to lay them ON TOP OF the rubber holders in order to cut them, which means you have to be careful that you have them perfectly centered if you want and even cut.

This is a GameChanger! I’ve been cutting tiny pills one by one with an old school cutter that I never know if they are even. This is great. 8-10 at a time, all even. I highly recommend this cutter!

BAM! This pill cutter is awesome. It seems sturdy to me, but I just got it and have only used it twice. I needed to quarter cut 10mg allergy pills for my dog. Another reviewer mentioned using a toothpick to line the pills up in the shaft after closing the shafts sides. It worked brilliantly, not only splitting them in half but also into quarters. No mess (crumbles) and super easy to split the pills. I think I did 6-8 pills at one time, both to half and to quarter.Love this thing!!

Great little pill cutter. I learned for the round pills I can line a several down the edge of the cutter and when I go to tighten it they stay in place as long as you do it slow enough and keep the cutter flat. I like that I can cut several pills at a time rather than just one. It does great at cutting them evenly in half. Oval shape pills are a little trickier to get lined up but still works if you are patient at lining them up. Just have to have the sides almost closed completely, just enough room to line them up correctly and then tighten to cut. Still think it is great product because it saves so much time. The blade is sharp and does actually cut the pill, not make a big mess of the pills.
