KoolpakLuxury Reusable Hot & Cold Gel Pack Large with Holsters - Twin Pack

Having been nursing a sore knee for months these were bought to help manage inflammation. I was worried about their durability but when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see the actual cool bags are really tough and I have no worries at all. The blue cloth pouches are nothing to get excited about, they are quite basic but functional. No complaints about the product and they were really great value for money and I recommended these to a family member on the back of this purchase.

I've only used these as an ice pack so cannot comment on use for heat. Overall, I am very happy with the packs, they do the job I need them for very well. But I do have a couple of niggles: the ice pack is a little too long for the sleeve so that to close it with the velcro you have to bunch it up a bit, but it does close and it does not affect the use. Also, if you are wrapping the pack round a smaller limb like an ankle or wrist and have to fix the end of the elasticated band to itself, then it does not stick too well at first. After using it a few times though the elastic gets a bit roughed up and sticks a lot better. These are only small niggles and overall I am happy with the packs.

The reason I bought these were I had just come out of hospital after having a total knee replacement and of course you do have some swelling afterwards, well my daughter in law had some of these at home and so she lent me one of them and it was really good and so I went online and bought these for myself so I can alternate them, one on my knee and one in the freezer then I just swap them over. They are brilliant, also you can warm them in the microwave if you have any aching joints with the cold weather. I would strongly recommend these Koolpaks they are brilliant and the price is excellent.

these are great, originally got them to cool down the dogs in the heat of the car in the summer but used them on myself when i hurt my leg, so that is why i ordered another set, they are nice and thick and the the sleeves have good velcro on them, i would recommend these

These koolpaks are a good size and can be used lengthways along an arm or leg, or wrapped round a limb. Cool in the freezer for a couple of hours for an icepack or pop in the microwave for a minute to apply heat. I have not used them hot but the ice effect is good; they stay cold for a long time and the protective sleeve is excellent. So much better than a bag of peas and a tea towel! The strapping is the weakest bit of this product in my view; it would be much better if the velcro strips were longer and on opposite sides of the band so they could stick to each other and be a bit more adjustable. Hence only 4stars

Great product! I use these mainly for the cold press on my knees after running. WIth the cover and the elasticated straps they stay in place nicely.The coldness lasts for about 1 hour then needs to be re frozen.The gel does not set so unit stays flexible.Not really used for heat purposes so cant comment on how easy/effective that is.

Great to sooth my arthritic knee. Really good having a vet ro bag to put the gel pack in and is large enough and flexible enough to fit around most of my knee. Really good.

Gut zum Wechseln. Die Hülle hält taugt leider gar nichts. Kühlt schnell und im Gefrierfach ist eine aufgetaute Packung schnell wieder zum Einsatz bereits. Ca 1 Stunde

Material de gran calidad, puedes utilizarlo para frío o calor. Instrucciones en inglés pero fácilmente deducible. Cumple su objetivo. Muy recomendable.

Pour le prix, c'est vraiment une bonne affaire, la poche de gel reste longtemps froide (ou chaude) et la housse a scratch est très pratique.Et le top c'est qu'il y en a deux!!!!!

Muy útiles,alcanzan un grado altísimo de congelación,eso sí,debido a esto último llegan a alcanzar demasiada rigidez aunque manipulándolas durante unos segundos se vuelven más flexibles
