COSTUMER'S WORDS!!!!! Question: Are these bra pads stiff? Answer#1: No, they are not stiff, just thicker. Answer#2: Stiff enough to keep their shape. Like previous reply, they are a lot like what is sewn into bathing suits and not too thick. Answer#3: They are fairly firm. Similar to what is often sewn into bathing suits. Answer#4: They are firm but not too stiff or bulky. Question: Can these be used in swimsuits? Answer#1: YES! I bought them to replace the cheap ones that came with the suits. I absolutely love them! They keep their form so nicely! I am going to order more for all my swimsuits! Answer#2: Perfect for inserting in sports bras or swim suits. The edges are sewn, so (hopefully) the lining won't peel away from the inner foam. Answer#3: These are what you think they are! The perfect pads for your sports bra. Very good quality and correct cup size.
I needed to replace cups in an evening gown as the ones that came with it were too small. These are very good quality, better than the ones that came with the dress. I recommend.

Nice, but run very big
I wear a 32dd or 30ddd and ordered the D cup for my sports bras. The D is huge! Maybe it’s because I have a small band size, but I’m going to have to try the C or even B cup.

these fit quite well in my sports bra that has the pocket to receive these type of liners.

It was delivered a day later , by Postal Service, not on the porch.
The product is fine and as described and the price is right. So I'm content with it now.

Great for sports bra inserts
I only wear sports bra because they're comfortable. The pads often wear out after several washings. The inserts are a great value for replacement.
