New Testament: Good News Translation/Saint Joseph Pocket Edition

This has served me quite well, it's compact but the print is easily readable.the translation is up to par with the ESV as one of my personal favorites.It's great for waiting rooms at the doctor's office or a long car ride etc.I can't say anything bad about this little guy.

This New Testament is sized perfectly for fitting in a handbag, pocket, briefcase, etc. The print is also easy to read, Great footnotes and the price is very affordable.

Based on the ISBN book number, this is actually the New Catholic Version of the New Testament ! This is NOT the Good News translation. This New Catholic Version is easy to read with decent print, with nice headings. It is all in black ink (no words in red.) This is a very good translation. I can recommend it without hesitation. I especially like the fact that poetic and semi-poetic sections are set in poetry style (not prose), such as the Prologue in The Gospel of John (similar to the New Jerusalem Bible). Do yourself a favor and try it !

This is a great small pocketbook of New Testament with translation you can understand in everyday English. It is simple and good to have with you all the times. It has few black & white illustrations and photographs to enhance the stories. Excellent for teenagers!

Print is clear, easy to read and paper is durable. Brilliant stuff!
