Are all these reviews fake or what? The speaker sounds like a distorted mess. I had to download an app to use the product with is not good in my opinion. I did not get a security device so it could connect to the internet, even though everyone else has no worries with her house being broadcast. Besides that, the device never connected to the internet, nor worked period. Based on the speaker and loud clicks, you know this product is cheaply made.I called the phone number on the app form the FAQ and it was not a valid number. Then I used that same app and selected “call us” and up came a number that was backwards from the FAQ. Someone answered the phone and it was clear that they were an answering service and not the company. She asked for my phone number and address, why the address I had no idea. Then she said the technician would call me back, and I said “Wait, I am not going to talk to a tech now?”, she answered no. So I then said “never mind, I would just return the product” and she said “Ok” and hung up immediately.Poor product and not 24/7 support as promised in its app. Having a calling service answering the phone 24/7 is not 24/7-support. It is just 24/7-answering-phone-calls so they can promise 24/7 support.Companies need to realize that answering-services reflect the company’s image. There is no way real people are giving this product reviews. I am returning this product and hope to never see this vendor again.

Recieved this camera used after ordering it new where someone else had set it up to their account. Contacted the manufacture and they corrected the issue. Now after having the camera for several months every couple days it will disconnect itself from the internet and won’t reconnect until I unplug it and replug it back in. Very disappointed in the camera. Would not recommend.

I like the function of motion detection with snapshots alert - it's default setting and no complex setup is required.One disappointment is that the video/picture quality under the night vision mode is pretty weak. But if some night lights can be added in the room, the quality can be improved a lot.Overall, I think this product is good.

Used it for monitoring my kid's computer actives and also for watching my pet while away. Good product.

Works nice easy to install

I am always alerted via the app to my phone when there is movement. I have one that sits outside on my back patio, although this is an inside camera, and pics are fairly clear up to about 10-15 feet away. I plan to purchase more.

Great price for this item and service was terrific.

I like the fact that product arrived on time, however when I try to register it it was already registered to another user so I couldn’t register it so now I have a camera that doesn’t work. I plan to return.
