Unless I read the instructions that didn't come with this ...
Unless I read the instructions that didn't come with this items wrong (I cleaned the top of the dashboard, let it dry, removed red stuff and tried to stick this down, and pushed in / pulled out the little thing with a lock printed by it( this didn't even hold the weight of the phone holder it was shown as a companion item with, even before I put my phone in it.The phone-holder itself stuck to the top of the dash by itself with no problems, so will be returning this as I don't need a coffee cup coaster.

Bought this item so I could use with a phone holder, it looks good instructions are simple only problem is it loses its adhesive capabilities with big phones like the iPhone 6 Plus and similarl sized phones.
