I purchased the 1500w model. We have a particularly cold room which requires additional heating when the central heating system is not on. Definitely recommend you read the instructions to understand the multiple options and get the right settings for your room.Do note an odor may be emitted for the first couple of uses (this is noted in the instructions) but this largely disappears and does not cause any heating issues. It heats up very quickly and keeps the room temperature constant. The heater then goes on a lower setting, meaning it is far more energy efficient than most standard electric heaters I've been using to date.Delivery was quick, stress free packing and set up. The Futura Direct team were friendly and dropped a line to see if everything was ok and working.

Great little heater. Placed on the landing of a small cottage to help heat the landing and two bedrooms off. Just the job. The timer a bit complicated but has excellent options to ensure you get the right temperature at the right time. Easy to fix to the wall although bottom bracket can be fun to align. Also come with wheeled feet with two lockable.

Had this for about a month now and wish I hadn’t wasted my previous income on what is essentially a piece of metal with the heating ability of a candle in a tin. Bought for use in a conservatory previously heated with a 5 fin heater - which was pretty adequate 90% of the time but didn’t cut it when temperatures dipped below 5degrees. However, will be returning to this and putting the chunk of useless metal I. The garage out of the way.

Really pleased initally with this heater. did not need it over the summer months. resumed using it in the winter but now the LCD screen is faulty, It means I cant read the display, cant set the timer, no idea what temperature it is set at, or indeed if it is on completly useless now and Im going to have to purchase a replacement product. Realisiticlly i ve probably had 45 months use out of this heater at the most.

looks smart enough and just fits the spot on the wall as intended which is why I bought it. Its a bit underpowered for 16m2 room and was very difficult to line up the wall fixings to ensure it is level and the right height. I am professor of engineering design and find the operating instructions almost unreadable but by process of elimination can just about manage on and off - make of that what you will

Firstly when this product was first purchased in December 2019 it stopped working within a few hours they sent a replacement out and the fixing brackets were then in a different position from the first one that had already been fitted to the wall so the fixing points in the wall needed to be adjusted to suit the new heater, today in November 2020 the heaters control panel has become unresponsive and the heater is no longer working due to the control panel no longer working. You spend a bit more thinking it would last but it’s obviously just cheap rubbish at an inflated price.

Bought this heater in 2019 to heat a small conservatory. The first one delivered was dented due to inadequate packaging. It was replaced. After much swearing and other choice words I did manage to program the heater. but in December 2020 the control panel ceased to function. I still had the dented heater so I changed the control panel. After 2 weeks the program I setup just disappeared. Reprogramed and a week later it disappeared again. This 'object', I cant call it a heater, will be now find a place at the local recycling centre. I can't even be bothered to return it. DO NOT buy this heater it's not worth the stress.

The quality of the heater was below expectation. The installation, fitting the feet and plugging in, was straightforward but the setting up was too taxing for me as an octogenarian ‘handyman’.
