I purchased these cups in hopes that using them would help to tone my legs, stomach, and arms. Not even really tone them just to improve and maybe help smooth them. I feel like they have helped some!! I have used them in the shower with shower gel and also with coconut oil!! If you have the time to use them properly they do make a diffetence!!

Easy to use and clean. Was impressed that it isn’t painful at all. Comes with a carrying case which makes it easy to take along for trips.

I have only been able to use these 3-4 times now but they seem to be making a difference so far.

I have use these everyday for the last couple of weeks and I have started to notice a difference. I did notice that in the beginning these seemed to less comfortable then they are today when I do it. There is definitely work because I see less cellulite. I think the trick is you just need to power through the first few sessions and then it gets easier and you start seeing results. I recommend them
