will definitely help but will not completely fix the problem at least if yours are severe
this is a good product.love the fact that there are no side effects.it is by no means going to completely fix the problem if you have severe hemmies like i do.the only way i will completelyget rid of them is surgery following with change of life style.i had a horrible flare up a couple months ago so i took these as instructed by the directions and it fixed the problem with no flare ups for two months then they suddenly came back and were Severely bleeding and worse then ever before.so as soon as i took another pill it almost immediately stopped the bleeding.so don't expect this to completely fix the problem unless you have stage 1 or 2 hemmies.but even if yours are severe like mine this product definitely will help alleviate the flare ups and bleeding hence why i am giving this product a good review.i would take these daily if they were not soooo expensive

This time I got it after two years and it is worst then ever
I use pilex years already. It says guarantee 6 months no hemorrhoids, but honestly when I take 7 day treatment I have no problem next 12 months. This time I got it after two years and it is worst then ever. It's external one so I bought 14 days pack just to make sure. It reduced after 3 days 70 %. Still getting smaller daily as I take pills. I am at day 9 already . Strongly recommended. Creams are waste of time. This thing works!

Do not waste your money!
This was a big waste of money. I used Pilex for six weeks hoping that week after week I was going to see a slight improvement. There was none. I do not believe that Pilex helped anybody. I wasted $256.50. A nasty rip off!!!

It helps for a wile, but it is way to expensive to be re-ordered every few months. Next time I will try the Indian version for $20. Nothing to lose but might gain $60 difference.

This is my life saver :-) This was my last hope and straw to pull and you know what it works for me :-) I am on day 3 day and I feel relif from burning and painful bowl movement!!! Also I am watching what I am eating, lots of fiber, soups, fruits, veggies and lots of water. And small portions of meals, very important for "relifing" yourself in the morning. I still do sitz bats twice a day.I hope this will work for someone, so until you try you will not know.Good luck everyone!!!
