Elevated Fit Life is by far my favorite EAAs. First of all it tastes amazing, lime sherbet on its own is great but I also add it to other drink mixes or pre workout drinks to add a dash of lime. Not only does this have electrolytes, but it is equal to like 30 grams of protein. I drank this everyday on my trip to Thailand last month, it was so hot and I was sweating all day long and Pro6+ kept me hydrated. I also have it at night if I don’t hit my protein macros for the day.I couldn’t recommend this more. You will love it.

I have been using PRO6+ almost every day since January 2023. I have tried every flavor and the Lime Sherbet is my favorite. I have found that I actually prefer to drink this rather than my usual diet coke throughout the day. It mixes up really well without any chalky residue or after taste. I take a 32 ounce bottle of it with me every time I go to the gym and drink it during and after my workouts. I have noticed a huge difference in decreased muscle soreness and increased immune health. My family of 5 has all been sick several times since January and I have not been sick once! This product has a great flavor and is a great way to get 30 grams of protein per serving with zero calories or sugar. It's great in conjunction with intermittent fasting and I drink it in place of breakfast every morning. It's a great way to increase lean muscle and increase fat loss. I love how great I feel since I've started taking this along with cutting out sugar and increasing my protein intake. I am 52 and and have found this as a great supplement to slow down age related muscle loss!
