Syba NC-2 UFO 2.1 Dual Driver Headphone with Built-In Amplifier and In-Line Microphone, Black Model (OG-AUD63051)

I purchased these for my son for Christmas. When he opened them, it appeared that someone else had worn them until they fell apart. I returned them to Amazon and received a brand new replacement pair. Within 2 days my son’s looked exactly the same as what we’d received the first time. The black fabric portion is covered with a thin vinyl or plastic that flakes and wears off right away. Black flakes of the material is on his ears and neck and the headphones look like they are 10 years old. I bought a different brand for $10 that are much better quality. My opinion: don’t waste your money.

The simple:1. Mids and highs are great - well produced sound is very surprising.2. The bass volume is amazing - only drawback is that the more bass you pump the mids and highs get lost. This is fairly common for bass products in the $100-$200 range though.3. Lights are super cool - no gripes here.4. Wires - comes with the extra wire for your computer for input, but the bad thing is that the main cord is not replaceable. This kind of makes sense because it's a computer headphone, but it still bothers me.5. The headpiece itself is super comfy - at least for my head. Have insomnia? No problem. Turn up the bass while on your pillow and fall asleep.I really want to give this a 5-star, but is it the best in its class? I don't know. It's such a hybrid that probably the next iteration would be a five. I have to keep it a 4-star so buyers can beware and read before they buy into the fact that it's a potential 5-star.

The media could not be loaded. I bought these as part of my Halloween costume. I'm a music junkie, and thought it a fitting theme for a costume.First off, like most over ear headphones, these things are huge. If you want to wear these in public and not look like you're trying to contact Mars. Wear notably large shades with them.They rest around the neck kind of like a neck brace. You can look around just fine, but if you try to look down, you're going to have to bend at a hips. They're mid weight, they wont weigh you down, but you wont forget you're wearing them, and they're not too tight like most over ear headphones tend to be, even with my big head.The bass is solid. With an amplifier it really brings out the omph. but don't go overboard, they're 30mm, You may blow them. unamplified you can run them max bass without worry. The battery life is about 8 hours always on and playing. and well over a day if they're always on but only playing music a quarter of the time. I noticed no difference in battery life turning them off while not using them. It seems idle they consume little to no power.The mids and highs are alright. but with a sub in your ear, you're obviously going to have a hard time even noticing the quality of them.

Save your money..OLD REVIEWThe headphones wear more better than i expected, when you first plug them in you get a small hissing noise but then it fades away on its on within 1-3 seconds it doesnt effect the sound quality one bitC:They are SO comfy and i bake up and put these on and listen to some music and drift awayI would recommend these if you dont want beats and have enough money to afford these.ALSO i get a whole bunch of comments when i wear them everyone says something about that:)

Amazon is great at making things right!!Received it today (Thursday Jan 15th), and so far not good. The quality of sound is very very bad while charging. Does not seem to take a charge at all. I know it has power from USB since it does make noise (recognizable as music but not anywhere near acceptable) when charging.Every product has a drop out now and then. Hoping I can get this replaced on a reasonable schedule. Amazon is pretty good with things like this.--> It's now Monday Jan 19th.OK, took from Friday to Monday to get it replaced. New one works perfectly!One thing, Lots and Lots of bass. Had to adjust my WMPlayer equalizer settings because my other headset was light in that area..Adjusting initial review. Giving 5 stars because it was so easy even with the DOA.

This is my second order of these same phones. So far after a couple 3 weeks or so, they're working as expected. However, my first pair only lasted about a year or so. Then they began developing problems until they quit. I would have expected a longer longevity for what I paid. I love using these phones. That's why I ordered another. I can't help but wonder how long these will last. I'll be glad to upgrade them a star after 2 to 3 years of service.UPDATED REVIEW . . . Well, guess what? My second pair only lasted 7 months. I'm 73 years old and not rough on my equipment. You need to consider that a weak defect is the plastic on the headband. Once they break, they won't be right again. Not even applying duct tape helps much. I'm in the process of trying to get the manufacture to honor his warranty. For now . . . let a warning to the wise be sufficient! And here is the single star this product deserves.

They are great and bad. When I use them for music they aren't anything to brag about. But for gaming...they blew me away. You feel like your in the game the sound is so amazing. So if your looking for headphones for just music look elsewhere but if you want them for gaming I HIGHLY recommend them.

Bought this because of its round shaped ear pieces. It is indeed very comfortable and light weight. The head band can be stretched and looks durable. Besides the price, the most surprising is the sound quality. I have been using many different brands of headset and this one has one of the best sounds yet the least in price. Suitable for both mobile phone and PC. Very well thought idea and highly recommended.

Speaker cushion cover is poor quality and coming out on first day of usage. Unexpected considering the price. Built in amplifier is not that quality seems the same output of Mobile phone i.e not much amplification

Left side of the headband cracked within two weeks of owning them... then a month later the right side cracked...they cracked just from me pulling them back to put them on... They do sound amazing though, which is why I kept them. Also, it took about a month for these to arrive at my door, which is much longer than the 4 to 5 days Amazon says they should.EDIT: About a few weeks after I wrote this review, the headphones cracked AGAIN when putting them on my head, but closer to the middle of the headband. That's THREE serious cracks within not even half a year of owning them. Not only that, but the connector bent so now sound only comes out of the left ear cup. You might be thinking that I throw these around and don't take care of them, but as a matter of fact, I DO take care of them.In conclusion, the build quality is absolutely horrendous. They hurt my head after wearing them for a long period of time (about 4 to 5 hours), but the sound is incredible. I honestly don't recommend these headphones as they most likely will not last that long.
