Parrot Kook Resort Hut for Sun Conure Medium Tent USA

A good summer hut for my Dusky Conuer. She like the ventilation of the sea grass as the floor of the hut and didn't chew it. It was easy to wash it in the washer with her cover and other toys. Over all I liked the quality of the hut. To bad that there no longer available.

My 4 month old Sun Conure loves it! It took just a couple minutes for him to crawl in there, now he plays in there and sleeps in there. He loves the wooden attached toy and the little plastic jewels attached to the clips. He’s chewing on the floor a bit so we'll see how long that lasts but would buy another. My came with cute print of parrots on it. I attached a farther away picture so you could see how big the hut is compared to the cage, it fits nicely in a corner. This item took a little longer to arrive than most items I receive because it was not Prime shipping but it arrived several days earlier than it said it would. We are very happy with this product.

I have a little sun conure, and he often likes to play on this thing. The reason for the 4 stars is that this hut is kind of big for the sunny. In fact, it could probably fit 2 sun conures in there. Not very cozy if all you have is one sun conure. My sunny likes to chew the bottom of this hut, and enjoys rubbing his beak on the blanket part of the hut. I didn't put it in his cage because it is too large, but he gets to enjoy it when he's out of the cage. Honestly, though, even if it did fit in the cage I wouldn't trust it with my very chewy bird in the cage with this hut all alone. I'm afraid he would chew a hole in the middle and get stuck somehow. That's just me and my sunny though.

This is adorable. I have a Quaker parrot & a pineapple conure. I just received this but yesterday & put it in the cage last night. They are both in it already! They are so cute. The fabric pattern is great. It came wrapped in very nice packaging as well. I have a feeling they are going to eat the floor out of it and will probably need a new one but I love how they are cuddling in there already. I figured it would take them a little bit to get used to it but apparently not.

Quality is very nice. Was to big for my Lineolated Parakeet. Not stab for our small friends. Would love a smaller option.

Awesome! Truly bird safe! I can leave this in my conure's cage and not worry he'll chew it and get hung up in the threads. It's all a seam-free piece of felt like material. The base is a safe, chewable material. For heavy chewers: the base of this tent may not last long, but rest easy knowing your bird is SAFE and the tent is easily replaced. Highly recommend!

My Green Cheek Conure loves his tents/huts, but with all of the horror stories surrounding them and birds getting caught up and getting either injured or dying, I was looking for a good alternative. It took one night for my GCC to get used to the new hut, as it looks fairly different and isn't all fuzzy like the others that he loved. And though it may not be quite as cushy, it's certainly a lot safer. Now I can rest at ease knowing if he chews on it he won't accidentally get caught. And so far there is no evidence of chewing. *crossing fingers* Well worth the little extra money for my birds safety and my peace of mind!

Flimsy lasted 2 days. I thought it would be more sturdy.
