No nonsense good quality signal amplifier with simple instructions. At this price I did not know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised with what turned up, the amplifier arrived in very good quality packing with a simple instruction booklet written in proper English (not via a google translator).I like the fact that it is one input/one output and is not combined with a signal splitter (you can do that separately via a non-powered box downstream), which simplifies the electronics and does not compromise on the quality. Previously I was missing out on some channels using an indoor, loft mounted aerial, with this little box installed in the attic all channels came through at 100% signal strength as reported by my BT TV box.So it 'does what it says on the tin', no idea why they included a gain pot, so I adjusted mine once for around 80% and left it alone after that. It may or may not be a weak point, hard to tell as mine was fine and I have an appreciation of electronics and components.so I can heartily recommend this little amp, in my opinion its a steal for the money.

I have had terrible reception problems over the last several years; it got to the extent where I was having to retune my tv every time I switched it on and often several times during the evening, as it constantly dropped, which was deeply frustrating. As a last resort, I bought this a couple of days ago. It arrived yesterday and I set it up. The results were dramatic. Perfect and continuous reception and the full range of freeview channels are available. A great investment and very happy, as I was seriously considering a replacement aerial if this hadn’t worked, which would have cost me £100’s. Many thanks!!

Looked good and an easy mount, however, even though I was pretty gentle, the gain adjust broke once I tried to move the setting with a screwdriver. I now have a pretty useless box. I paid for a new aerial and had an expert fix it up without needing an amplifier at TV end-Doh!
