Excellent punchbag. It was easy to assemble, and we filled it with water. It's very stable.

Very effective for Martial Arts Workout
Helps to give a little feel about hitting human body in real life. Good for boxing practice, practice of knee strikes, round house kicks, spinning hook kicks, elbow strikes and more. The hard rubber of the side of the dummy is felt on the shin bone. However the height of the dummy is too short.
