My granddaughter lives this item she gets so excited when her mum or dad goes into the garden to look for bugs best thing I bought her for a while

This was used by my 3 year old nephew within an hour of being unwrapped at Christmas, my nephew had refused an after lunch walk to see the cows but as soon as this was opened he wanted to go on a Christmas walk so he could use it. He was sad that he couldn't keep his new worm friend and the mean grown ups made him put worm back in the garden. Great magnification and easy for children to use, I think my nephew is going to get a lot of enjoyment from this and learn about bugs and their behavior along the way.

Little one is obsessed with bugs at the moment so this has been perfect. The magnifier is maybe only 2.5x and you need to look at the right angle, but much easier than chasing a moving bug with a proper magnifying glass!

Since I hate spiders in the house (The largest ones a giant house spiders) I use this to remove them. I place the cup over the spider to trap it, slide a flat drinks coaster underneath and then place the lid on whilst removing the coaster. Then I get rid of him from my house.This is perfect for the job as you don't need to touch the spider and, if you want, you get to have a good look at it. This is great for all sizes of house spiders (in the UK). The price could be cheaper but the delivery was fast and the product does the job. Absolutely essential if you hate spiders!

Nothing special about it, clear jar with a magnifying glass for a lid.Pretty small ideal for little hands but they may need help opening and closing.

Great for any young child who's interested in bugs and creepy crawlies, or anything interesting that they can look at up close. The magnifying lid helps them to see the bug closer without necessarily having to touch it, and it prevents the bug in question wandering away! Spiders and ladybirds are a favourite, as well as grasshoppers, beetles and woodlice. A good resource to have in any child's home.
