This is an great product. After a few days of using this in combination with Turmeric, I immediately noticed the difference in the reduction in pain levels in your body.I have had a tear on a herniated disc and this has been painful for over a year now. Without these capsules the pain is intense and their is much more visible inflammation.On occasions (if I forget for a night or two) when I stop taking these capsules the pain comes back.I have noticed a fantastic combination that works for me additional to this and I take it first thing in the morning:> SimplySupplements Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM - this is a great natural painkiller and reduces inflammation (MSM is the painkiller),> Megafood Turmeric Strength for Whole body - it is more powerful than the above Simply supplements but both do very different things. That said, I am only pain-free when I combine the two.> MorEPA Platinum Highest Omega 3 with Vitamin D 1100mg (alternate days with the below vitamins) - this helps with the healing process, not effective on pain and inflammation> Vitabiotics Osteocare Original - when I take these as well, I'm pretty much pain-free the whole day (but I can't take with MorEPA due to the high-levels of vitamin D in both so I alternate this). Again, this is supposed to be for healing but something in this helps with the pain and inflammation (but it is very slight and is not noticeable with acute pain)I would wholeheartedly recommend the above combination as I have tried everything (loads of vitamins and natural painkillers over the last year, nothing worked and I was determined to come off the strong codeine painkillers the GP prescribed to me.It literally has changed my life.By the way, I have not been paid or given any discounts for my review, this an independent customer review after a year's worth of trial and error!

This supplement has helped me with my arthritis.... I can't say it's cured me but less pain.. I hve got more mobility... I suppose more I use more it will help.... One thing is this should be used with omega 3 or fish oils it works a treat.

So far, so good.. Had a break from joint formula for a month, after 15 years of taking the stuff.. I do alot of exercise and I could feel it in the joints during my break, but now Simply Supplements seems to have reduced the aches.

it is much too early to say. i have been told by another user it takes about six months to of use to know. the reason i gave only three stars is i do not know if it will work. so ignore the rating as this is the only way i could give a report. ask me in about four months and i will be able to give a complete answer.

I was using a different brand before but was unable to get them again on amazon, but i suffer with arthritis and this was recommended to me by someone i met on holiday so i decided to try them. I have been taking these for a year and i am pain free when taking them. If i forget for a few days i know about it as the pain returns. They may not work for everyone but if your in pain try them but give them time to work. I was taking them for a month before i noticed the difference.

Bought these for my dad who was suffering from joint pain in his knees and hands. They work a treat. Make a big improvement and he can easily move his fingers now instead if his hand behind very stiff and painful. Would highly recommend.

I have bought these tablets for both my husband and my son. Both like to run and generally keep fit.Running on concrete has resulted in knee problems, causing s lot of pain. Although the problem has not gone, both of them have noted a decrease in pain and an increase in knee movement and flexibility about three weeks after commencing the tablets.
