Find something better honestly
Difficult to put the springs on , one person will not be able to it and the same difficult to take them off, very dangerous for hands .I tried to keep C° 75 , with thermometer , meat was still just like boiled . In manual said to pierce the bag - may be it was the mistake as water went to the meat . Next time will not pierce , will see.
