I normally do not comment on effectiveness due to difference in personal anatomy but I have to say these do help inhibit hunger and cravings (at least for me). That being said I would not expect weight loss without a change in diet and appropriate exercise. For me these are a great tool as it prevents me for snacking and allows me to stick to a consistent meal plan. These pills are helpful but they come at a price as they are not cheap. If you are struggling with cravings that is preventing you from meeting you weight loss goals, I would consider giving these a try.

This product has not suppressed my appetite at all, in fact there are days where I find myself wanting to snack even more than usual. However, I am still somehow leaning out. I know you cannot target specific areas for fat loss, but I definitely notice it in my arms, shoulders, and even chest. I think it my have to do with being dried out, however, since I notice taking this I have to use the restroom significantly more. The label does say drink 8-10 glasses of water when taking this, which I would recommend.So the product does work, just not how I expected.

These Pharmafreak Lean Freak supplements seem to be doing okay. I take two in the morning and it does suppress my appetite but not for a long time. It seems to work for about 2-3 hours before the hunger pains begin to hit. I would recommend to make sure you drink the recommended amount of water. I don't believe that this product is worth the price that's listed especially since the effects of the pills do not last long.

Sinetrol is a trademarked combination of extracts from the natural ingredients listed on the label. I do like that the label tells us precisely what is in the supplement . There have been some studies that showed that Sinetrol can over time reduce body fat.The other ingredient is DNF-10,a trademarked extract of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which is brewers yeast. The claims regarding this supplement are that it can modulate short-term food intake by reducing the hunger hormone grehlin. Taken long term DNF-10 is said to regulate the secretion of leptin, the hunger hormone.While all of that sounds pretty good to me I am taking a wait-and-see approach . I will continue to take this supplement and update this review if I lose any weight .

There is no magic pill to weight loss so just to be clear. There are however things that can help you along the way. These leanfreak pills are a good assist for those who want to lose weight. The magic in these pills is that they help curb hunger. Taking them, I had a reduction in desire for larger servings. They are of decent size and are easy to take. I did not notice much of a taste as my main goal is just to take them. I recommend them.
