Q: My kit didn’t come with a manual, can I get one emailed to me?

No manual but I have found tutorials on YouTube very helpful.

Q: What texture is the poly gel supposed to have? Mine feels like hard little balls that will hardly come out of the tube.

that’s how mine felt , I tried poly gel for so long it took 3 hours for one set with all due respect to the seller this is not the kit I switched to gelx nails and they stay on for a month.my nails done with poly would last at least 2 days without one breaking I’m half
