Heavy duty sturdy item, which I was pleased about, but when I put it on the shelf I realised the bottom tier does not sit flat on the shelf. So when I started loading plates, the whole rack tilted away from the corner and the higher tiers slope. Not enough for the plates to slide off, but it does look odd.I asked Lakeland Fox if this is a design fault or a defective item, and they replied that it should not be like this, so although I initially gave 3 stars, I am now upping it to 5, since it is a very useful item. If I can't straighten it without breaking it, I will return it for a replacement.

Perfect for storing my new crockery. I have now bought 2 so all my plates, bowels etc are stored conveniently.
