Love! These are great! I have a physically demanding job and lift 2-4 days a week. I use one with some extra Epsom salts after a killer day. Oh my! I look forward to it! Favorite part of the day! I assumed they contained lavender because of the 'owie' but they really should list ALL their ingredients. I'm allergic to eucalyptus & it wasn't listed anywhere in the description. Disappointing, gave it away.
