Nice for hunting or fishing pretty comfortable. Size is true. Walked in creek good grip on wet rocks priced well. Just as good as the pricier boots. I’ll try them out snake season but will try not to test out the snake proof part !

These boots are pretty nice. I wish they had half sizes. So I'm a little cramped at the toes but not real uncomfortable. I tried the next size up but they were way too big. That half size would make a huge difference. I've had them for a while now and was putting them on the other day and the strap on the back of the boot started to rip. They do feel nice on the inside but could use a little bit more room. The are pretty light walking around in the yard and have a good tread on them.

Obviously it's too soon to know how well these boots will hold up in the long term, so I'll just tell you first impressions. I normally wear a size 11 boot. I ordered size 11 and mine fit perfectly. I bought these, after wearing out a pair of Muck boots. These are much less expensive, but they are just as comfortable to wear. I wear them for barn boots and working in the yard in wet or cold weather. I feel like I got my money's worth. Time will tell if they hold up.

These boots are NOT snake proof!! 50% of the boot is nothing more than a cheap rubber boot in areas where many snake bites occur, the ankle and foot area. Product title is deceptive as well as in the product description. Considering this is a life safety product, I am disappointed Amazon is allowing this to occur. Not a good business practice.Visits the manufacturer website and read the reviews yourself. At least one customer alleges the manufacturer doesn’t post anyone giving less than 5* reviews with the same complaint. Do yourself a favor and read the negative reviews right here on Amazon.

I haven’t been bitten by a snake yet so I can’t speak for that part but I can say these boots have been through hell! I wear a 11 men’s shoe size and the 11 in these are a perfect fit. After several months of working beaver dams, briars and sharp sticks they are still in good condition, some surface scratches and scuffs to be expected, pretty rough terrain I work in. I have feet issues and even after 6 hours in them they aren’t bad. I’d definitely buy another pair. I did tighten the back adjustment all the way in so they aren’t slapping my calf but as they broke in they weren’t as stiff.
