Excellent quality, great price.

I purchased these at £4.95 per 100 so for me they were excellent value. The following day however, the price increased to £17.59 per 100. Perhaps it was a mistake in the listing. Either way I guess I got lucky.They are true letter size (just shy or the maximum permitted width) so no problem there and overall, they are of good quality, but at £17.59 (18p each) I would not have purchased them.They measure 228 x 160 mm and 1.5mm thick approx. They weigh between 23 and 24 grams each and are pretty sturdy.At 5p each (the price I paid) they have to be 5 star value. Pity I only bought 200 of them.

It would be nice if they can make an extra 5mm longer than the actual for Size: DL (110 x 220mm) standard envelope. The rest is good.

I decided to order these because I've received mail from the UK in these types of envelopes and thought they would be good to use for sending sticker sheets or small art prints via First class mail. I like them because it has a thin cardboard in the back so it can help prevent the contents inside from severely bending during delivery. It's not that rigid though and is flexible, but does provide some support. One thing that I dislike is that the brown paper is quite thin. It would be a better product if the paper was a thicker Kraft paper. I feel that the paper can rip if it's handled roughly. If you're sending pictures or prints I would suggest putting them in between cardstock if you're worried of getting any dents or scratches since the brown paper is thin. Or just purchase a more rigid mailer.I also disliked that they were delivered in a plastic bag. I'd prefer if they were at least packaged in a box to prevent any bent corners. Mine came in a bent at the end and at the corners. I was hoping they would come in perfect condition. However, the envelopes were still in tact and none of them were ripped.
