I don't usually write reviews so soon, but I've had the pillows for about 2 weeks and I haven't slept so well in ages despite the summer heat and bedroom fan on. The pillows have not needed any extra filling for me and were perfect out the box. Wife has one and I have one. I've had so many pillows in my time, I've lost count, alsorts of variations, much like my mattresses too! This is by far the nicest, supportive, well made and comfy pillow I've had. I'm not saying 'cloud like' as some have said, but damn good! It resolved my neck and consequently my back pain (matress helped too) but it was definitely the pillow as still had pain until swapping to this. 1st night, perfect, pain went straight away. It conforms to your head shape and weight without dipping too low, placing too much pressure on my head or ears and is equally not too high like some higher stuffed or firmer material pillows I've used. I have turned it over once since having it. Didn't fluff it, reshape it or adjust it, simply flipped it over and bang, comfort spot on again. Its soft and I love the ability to remove or add filling if needed. Judging by other reviews, the company customer service is fab and will send out filling free of charge and quickly. I loved the packing, company note in the delivery, branding name and their whole ethos to business and CS. For the price I'm frankly blown away. Having spent less and lots more, nothing compares so far in my experience. I had many pillows as I've said, not necessarliy the best or worst and I've never paid more than £60 on a single pillow. Not that I wouldn't seeing as some people like me would spend £2k++ on a mattress, then why skimp on a pillow?! Just, pillows are harder to return and I have a stack of spares already, didn't want to spend £100+ and it not be good enough. Glad I bought this, as you can't usually rely on reviews anymore as so many have different expectations, opinions and there are also many 'fake' ones too. i did take into account the reviews but it was the price, CS and material including adjustability that made me go for this over 1-2 others.......do your self a favour go buy a pair.

Well, after trying sooo many pillows I thought I would try these & oh my goodness what a delight they are, no more neck, shoulder or head pain, I have Fibromyalgia, Spinal Stenosis, crumbling Rotator Cuff/ extremely severe arthritis in left shoulder blade. Sooo, trying to find a pillow to give me the support, comfort & quality I needed, has been difficult.These pillows out of this world, so is the Company who supply them, they deserve a medal for their outstanding Customer Service, from delivery, to your needs in obtaining the ultimate comfort from your chosen pillow & fellow customers there is more than 1 choice.The 2 pillows arrive boxed in vaccuum packaging, you are advised to leave 48 hours for them to expand to maximum fill, they come with a beautiful zipped cover, protecting the inner great quality cotton zipped pillow, along with a card, telling you how to register the 2 pillows online for their 5 year guarantee cover, yes 5 YEARS.On the card it advises, if you feel you need extra filling to go to the website indicated, state your order number & pillow description.I did cover my 2 pillows with pillow protectors & pillowcase, just to protect the amazing cover they come in, but that is zipped so can be easily removed for washingAfter trying the pillows for a week, I only needed 1 as they do have a good loft & 2 on top of each other 2 high for me, I decided to send for the extra filling & it arrived no problem the NEXT day. Since placing the filling into the inner case, & still plenty left over, I feel for me I have my DREAM PILLOWS.Martian Made as a Company are just FABULOUS to their Customers, there is no hassle contacting them on their websites, you receive lovely replies & to offer extra filling free of charge, is above & beyond normal. I feel sure into the future they still would help.I expected the filling to arrive in a plastic bag, but oh no, it arrived in a good quality blue nylon pull string bag, inside a vaccuum plastic bag, the filling is sooo soft, made up of shredded blue foam & soft lofting material, when you lay your head on the pillow, you feel no lumps or bumps, just ultimate comfort, they weigh quite heavy when you hold them, BUT very little 'fluffing up' the next morning, they just seem to bounce back into a good loft pillow. The price for the quality of these 2 pillows, I feel is reasonable & i feel i will not have to replace inside the 5 years of the guarantee provided, so over time work out very cheaply for 2 pillows.I often do reviews, especially if a good product, but have to say on this occassion I really wish I could score more than 5 stars, as in my opinion apart from the pillows being so well made & presented, for me they are just PERFECT, Martian Made as a Company offer the most outstanding service, I have ever received in some time. Excellent pillows. I bought these in June 2024 they are lasting very well. They have a good shape that moulds to your head and neck but then bounces back so if you have the pillows on a spare bed for example they retain their shape rather than the shape of a person. I also like that the cover can be removed for washing. These are comfortable medium firm pillows at a very good price. Pleased given it was an online purchase and you never really know what to expect. When we move house i intend to replace ALL our bedroom pillows with these.

I wasn’t sure what to expect. The main selling point for me was the ability to remove as much filling as I needed, to make my pillow comfy. I’ve had so many hard pillows that hurt my neck and back in the past. I started by removing a few handfuls and subsequently, over the course of a few nights, I removed more. In fact, I’ve removed about a carrier bag-worth and it’s finally comfortable! I make sure I plump my pillow up when I make my bed every day.The great thing is that you can ask for more filling if you prefer a hard pillow. Thanks 🙏
