Q: Will this work on an engine that requires 5w30?

It works on any engine as its for flushing out old engine oil residue........its not a replacement boil

Q: Is this flushing oil ok for turbo deisel cars

Yes it is. I used in on my 3.0l turbo Diesel engine.

Q: Can it be used for a gearboxe

You don’t need to flush gear box oil. Flushing oil removes carbon, resin and sludge

Q: Do you replace the oil filter twice? First time with the flush and second time with the new oil?

Yes i always do , because the original filter will have dirty contaminated oil so think it's best to.
