When you are wearing them changing track or volume is difficult because they are so close together that they are hard to tell apart. That said, you would probably get used to them after using them for a few days.No case included - but given the quality of the product and the price, I'd say they still represent amazing value for money.

In my opinion this product is OK at best i tried to give it a chance i have used it since last June 2017. So to start things of the headset is not the worst but i can easily say i was not pleased with the quality i understand that it only costs £33 but the plastic is to fragile i actually snapped one of the sides of while putting this headset on a couple of times. audio quality is basically you get what you pay for its fine cant really expect much for this price charge lasts sometimes even a few days depending on what you are doing listening to music all the time will of course make the batter drain faster.i mean overall the product is fine i wish it was built a bit more sturdier. today is was my last day of using it after all these months the headset has actually died i cant turn it on anymore charge light shows that the headset is charged but the power button must have broken and thus i will not be using it anymore, i do not intend to re purchase as i am confident there are better headsets out there for the same price.

There are a few positives to these headphones that I do want to mention even though I'm not satisfied with them. They are comfortable to wear, for people with smaller and larger heads. They look nice, not cheap. Bluetooth works but it got all confused and distorted when I disconnected it from my computer. May have been doing it wrong (just turned off Bluetooth on the laptop) but the manual doesn't have an entry for how to disconnect. But now, most importantly, the sound quality is quite poor. Had to set the equalizer for my entire iTunes library to less bass and now it's okay, but at first testing the sound was very muffled and dull. Bought them for £33.99 and have had way better bass-heavy headphones for that price (Sennheiser and other brands) in the past. Would never pay full price of £59.99 for these. Also, the buttons (for skipping to the next song, volume control, etc) do not work in wired mode, not with my iPod nor with my laptop.

It all comes down to the price vs quality, and here you get the best of both.This is in my opinion one of the best pair of budget headphones currently available, 3 months in and they still work like a charm.The only cons is the fact that every nearby person people can hear what you are hearing.

poor quality. mic stopped working couple months after buying.not to mention the buzzing in the left ear if gone above 75% volume... lol just don't.

Although I have given it two stars they were because of Bluetooth connectivity reasons. The size shape and comfort these headphones offered were fine.

Product didn’t work out of the box. Really disappointed.

Were great headphones for the price, brilliant sound and feel but have now stopped working after just 6 months of use.
