Please ignore any reviewer who gives this product a bad rating because of the consistency of the cocoa butter and the fact that it comes in shards in the jar. Think about it, chocolate is hard and brittle. That's from the cocoa butter. I'm a pastry chef, in school we made small batches of chocolate by first melting down shards or powdered cocoa butter. Anyway, this stuff is great. It has helped my skin, hair and nails to get in the best condition I have ever seen them in, and it makes me smell great all day long. I made the mistake of buying a small container, next time I'll get a big one so I can make more beauty products at home :)

Lovely stuff - smells divine! Use now and then as a moisturiser and at this rate it will last me forever lol.Just hold a little piece in your hands until it melts ever so slightly then rub over hands or wherever you need it.

The organic cocoa butter is such a multi tasker, from moisturiser, lip balm, stretch mark and scar dimisher, as well as a nice overnight hair mask. The fact that it's 100% organic means that nothing bad is going onto the skin, and as a person who has dry skin, often prone to eczema, the gentle nature of the product was perfect for moisturising. The only negative I should stress is that the chunks of unrefined cocoa butter in this product were too large to melt between the hands, so often I had to put them over hot water to melt. It would be better if they were shaved down more. That being said, the product is well worth the cheap price, with cocoa butter being usually much more expensive, and mixed with other, less kind ingredients. Overall, if you are prepared to work a bit for the natural cocoa butter, the results are worth it.

This has a really rich smell of dark chocolate and moisturises well, difficult to make a whipped butter with though because it is so hard! I'll try using coconut oil instead of grapeseed and almond as some people have had good experiences doing so.

This is the best remedy to keep skin moist, glowing and wrinkle free. I recommend it to all who want to look healthy and glowing.

This did not come in a few chunks like i was expecting. it came in what looks like 100s of tiny pieces. almost like powder form. It has little to no scent of cocoa at all. I was very excited when i ordered this along with my shea butter (which is completely amazing).But the cocoa butter that i have received looks completely dried out and like the end pieces all thrown into one container. I did request a refund however did not send it off in time.So I used it to make a whipped shea and coca butter, which to my surprise actually came out great and my skin looks and feels amazing.So on that note, it wasnt so bad after all. I'm actually contemplating buying some more.

Lovely scent, easy to melt. My only complaint is that the tub is a lot smaller than I thought it would be, but apart from that it’s a great product!

Smells great like chocolate, looks great on skin only thing is.. it’s small then I expected and it’s sooooo hard I had to melt it and mix it with shea butter even that still solid and it makes a mess when applying to skin.
